Our Approach
We visit every supplier facility before entering into a sourcing agreement. Quality pre-screening is conducted in-house prior to third-party inspection. We do not trade commodities we have not physically evaluated.
All contracts reference GAFTA or FOSFA standard forms. Payment terms, quality parameters, and dispute resolution procedures are specified without ambiguity. We do not operate on verbal agreements.
KYC/KYB due diligence is conducted on all counterparties. Sanctions screening is performed at contract inception and prior to each shipment. No exceptions to this protocol.
