02 / LOGISTICS

Multi-Corridor Logistics

Operated across road transport to silo storage in Varna, Burgas, Constanta, and Reni; Danube river barging for bulk volumes; and direct rail links from Ukraine/Moldova to Romanian ports. Active demurrage management and direct berth nominations.

03 / QUALITY

Quality & Lab Audit

In-house Varna lab provides rapid moisture, protein, falling number, and admixture testing against GAFTA specs. Third-party independent certification by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek per buyer preference with 100% arbitration victory history.

04 / FINANCE

Trade & Export Structuring

Transactions structured under Letters of Credit (L/C sight / deferred), CAD/D/P, and TT. Back-to-back L/C mechanisms and pre-export credit facilities through partner banks (UniCredit Bulbank, DSK, Commerzbank) managing full documentary chains.
