We trade responsibly.

Environmental stewardship, social accountability, and institutional governance.

Sustainability is not a commitment — it is a precondition for operating. Sitting at the intersection of environmental systems, rural livelihoods, and global food security, X.C.O Media enforces a rigorous ESG framework governing supplier selection, contract structuring, logistics, and compliance reporting.

Three pillars. No compromises.

01 / ENVIRONMENTAL

Environmental Care

Sourcing exclusively from producers holding EU Cross-Compliance (Good Agricultural and Environmental Condition) certification. Zero tolerance policy for commodities linked to illegal deforestation under EUDR 2024. All road transport contractors meet Euro 6 emissions standards.

02 / SOCIAL

Social Responsibility

Mandatory labour standards clause aligned with ILO Conventions 29 (Forced Labour), 87 (Freedom of Association), 98 (Collective Bargaining), and 138 (Minimum Age). Annual social audits by accredited assessors; non-compliant suppliers are suspended immediately.

03 / GOVERNANCE

Institutional Governance

Full financial transparency provided to qualified counterparties. GAFTA member subject to formal disciplinary frameworks. Enforced anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies across all personnel and agents. GDPR compliant data processing.

2025 Baseline Statement

We track CO₂ equivalent emissions per metric tonne shipped across all logistics corridors. Our 2025 emissions baseline has been established in partnership with a certified environmental consultancy. We are committed to a 25% reduction in transport-linked CO₂e per tonne by 2030, measured against this baseline. Full methodology and data are available to institutional counterparties on request.
